WC3L Season X
Season X has arrived, sounds kinda exciting doesn't it...

The next season of the WC3L is about to begin with top international Warcraft 3 teams from around the world ready to make their mark and claim the title of WC3L Season X Champions.

Previous seasons champions, mYm.Raptor-Gaming are looking to make it seasons running while WC3 juggernauts, Four-Kings, are looking at re-establishing themselves as the top dogs of the game. Other teams will be looking to keep good runs going as SK Gaming and World Elite IGE will be trying to keep up their good form from NGL-One and ACC respectively.

The team list has been finalised with the Top 5 highest ranked teams from the previous season (Season IX) and the 3 teams qualifying from the Qualification period aswell as the two teams qualifying from the Play-downs.

The Map Pool for the event has also been layed out for the upcoming season with the only change seeing Maelstrom out of the rotation which has been replaced by Echo Isles.

1on1:

Echo Isles
Gnoll Wood
Lost Temple
Terenas Stand
Turtle Rock
Twisted Meadows
Secret Valley

2on2:

Avalanche
Gnoll Wood
Lost Temple
Turtle Rock
Twisted Meadows

Every team is now able to remove one map from every single best-of-three series matches (both 1on1 and 2on2), and therefore losers can't pick that map to be played second or third. If a team fails to remove a map, their opponents are able to choose any map from the map pool if no other agreement is made.
