I played in division 2 with Stick Up Kidz this season after getting slapped about in division 1 with SyKoTiC last season and being in division 2 and having your team make key mistakes all the time, the light has been shown as to the factors that will decide the winning team.
Firstly there is communication. Just like any team based game, the information must effectively flow through the team..accurately!
Secondly there are power ups. As a team you must time the power ups and have an attack organised to utilise it. Whilst power ups obviously power you up, your not invincible.
Finally the third key aspect is making the frags. This is your bread and butter and without that, your strategies, power up runs, communication are rendered useless!
