Anything Interactive would like to welcome you to the launch of AINC 2008. This year we are continuing on with the success of last years tournament - with more prizes and a spectacular finals venue - ACMI - the Australian Centre for the Moving Image.

Our focus this year is to tie in with Gamerthon's three core themes;
* promotion of a healthy approach towards the social gaming culture and eSports
* creating public awareness and an acceptance of social gaming and eSports as a growing mainstream entertainment medium
* expanding the horizons of electronic gaming through innovations via multimedia technologies and internet TV broadcasting

We are ecstatic to be unveiling and showcasing the innovations in our media broadcasting technologies - technologies that we have been polishing over the last 12 months - at the Gamerthon. Taking place in ACMI's screen pit, utilising a multi-camera studio and combined with Ai's sports presenters, we will present the future of eSports gaming in Australia. Whether you are a player, spectator, media partner or interested industry advocate, we are confident that what we present will be fresh, innovative, and alluring.
