Gameplay Rules and Penalties
EPGL will be using the WCG 2009 ruleset for CS1.6, with 1 minor alteration. The dead talking rule will be relinquished for the duration of the league.
Should include something like "Whilst dead talking is not punishable in this league, teams and players are encouraged to be courteous and refrain from this practice."

Looks fantastic and well done organising jim/mike. My only suggestion is maybe asking teams when they are actually available to play the EPGL season. At the end of the day it is the teams bringing in the $$ for Elysium (which only comes with the fantastic job you both always do). But yeh myself and a few other players can't attend certain weeks due to going away on holidays, uni, etc.. Just my suggestion :) GL to all teams and I'm looking forward to winning again.
