After I post this link on other sites, They will need a lot more than "angry bogans" armed with rusty screwdrivers to defend themselves.
At the end of the day, I guess as long as YUBH8N4 gives the laptop back as it was when he did this dog, low life act and gives an apology along with some cash or something extra for your trouble thats an ok result. (I'd personally knock him out after he gave it back.)

i read on the first few pages bout some stolen skyline and some lobster deformed hand? does anyone have a link to that thread?

- tolk wants to sell his laptop, dude wants to buy it
- comes over and looks at it and wants to see reciepts n shit to make sure it isnt stolen
- ends up stealing it himself while tolk is printing it out (online purchase)
- dude came in with a mate, had another mate out front, and a driver so whole thing seemed premeditated
- turns out this guy has a pretty shady past with other users, seems to be stealing and selling lots of stuff
- tolk gathers info from this dudes flickr, facebook, etc
- few days later dude deletes all the info from his personal sites, but tolk already saved it all. Name, number, addresses, details of theft, number plates, description, etc etc
- tolk gives all his findings to the police, police continue investigation, slowly
essentially thats the long and short. theres a few extra bits like how this guy trashed the place he got evicted from a while ago. tolk talked to the owner and gave that info to the police too. supposedly they have a big case on him but nothing has been done about it yet.
