Nah no pics, i had to delay my cutting as i didn't fully recover from last cycle so had to keep the calories up. Been cutting 5 weeks now and lost 5kg so far. Gonna slow it down to half a kg a week, will post photos of me in my jocks when im done just for you

Errr losty you clearly have no idea. When you come off a cycle your body is in a catabolic state. If you aren't keeping your calories up you lose muscle (as i just found out) so i started boosting my calories again until blood results came back from the doctors showing everything in my body was back to normal, so it has nothing to do with 'excuses' i rushed my cutting too early and paid the price by losing about 60% of my gains from my last cycle. Such is life and i know not to do that again
Cutting isn't hard at all, it's actually a lot easier then bulking because the food is quicker and easier to make. I'm dieting without any gear atm just to get into the habit of dieting and then im going to take dnp and possibly clen.

Impossible to retain gains from roid usage. Only a noobie and faggot retard would think you can retain it. Hence, the professionals take very short 'off-cycle' breaks in order to stay competition ready all year long for photo shoots and tournaments.

oi zorbs n jinxa, im going to thailand in 2 weeks (21 Feb) and i want to get from being 96 to 92 or as much weight as i can lose. My height is 183cm or 6 ft
I have time for jogging max 5x a week. I can jog for 30 mins, or jog fast for 15 mins. Should i do 15 mins of running/jogging instead of the big 30min moto?
what should i eat and how many cals should i limit myself to ' day?

sommi you have no idea. Everytime i cycle i lose about 2kg MAX when i come off. I'm not gonna bother explaining myself but have a read up on the net and see the sciences in why you need to keep calories up when you come off a cycle. I started out at 70-73kg and got up to jsut over 100kg, you trying to tell me i didn't keep any of my gains from roids.. what a laugh.
jnsie depends: running for long periods of time will make you lose weight but you burn muscle at the same time. If you don't give a shit about that then run forest run. As for your calories it really depends, i'll try find a link that had a formula to workout roughly what calories you need per day to maintain muscle. Then you can start off by taking 500 cals less and keep dropping more and more until you start losing weight as fast as you want. First week you will drop alot of water, i dropped 2kg first week.
