Dan I know your intentions are pure here, but the kid has cheated in a 'scrim service' that everyone takes pretty seriously (just check the ipgn rules, its there in text). I think you know better than most here that if he doesnt give a crap about the community then why should the community give a sh*t about him? It's funny now that he actually comes weaseling back to not cop a slap on the wrist. Pretty selfish if you ask me.
My stance remains, suspend him from a qualifier and make sure his lesson is learnt, otherwise we'll just have more players like nezzA.. they'll just keep trying their luck. (and so far it has seemed that their luck has got them pretty far, since no admin has ever wanted to do anything about it). I somehow dont think its a coincidence that teddyt gets caught hacking when he just joins a team with nezzA. Like nezza wouldnt make a schoolboy error like that, he's too experienced at flickin' it.
Oh and irrespective of who runs what, ESAU (or some single panel) should judge upon the cheaters.

It's ironic how first you come out and comment on your lan skills and don't openly admit that you cheat
then later dave finds out more evidence and you then pretend that its ok to cheat then after everyone bags you out for being a cocky faggot you then say sorry.

This stupid sh.t mentality of "I can cheat anywhere but in a REAL COMP WAR" is stupid and low
xlatomic, if you can make that database/agreement with major comp providers it'd be great as it would try and enforce rules on cheating and the consequences.....
Cheating needs to be stopped as in these pugs and such servers similar to iPGN-Comp many new up and comming players that probably 99% of us don't know will want to get better and be like one of the people in our community one day and play competitive cs at major ONLINE or LAN comps
but if people in our community continue to cheat in pugs or prac scrims or iPGN-comp then it ruins the whole wider community (not just ESAU) as it will make others want to cheat and this will continue and lead to a chain reaction
If you wanna cheat go install some bots.. create a LAN server.. aimbot and wallhack all you like. no one would give a sh.t but when you're affecting someone else's gameplay by using an unfair advantage when other people have bought the game and actually want to play fairly then it shouldn't be accepted.
Enough said.
A tough ruleset should be enforced throughout the whole Australia competitive community cause month in month out there is a player in our community turning it up and f|_|cking everyone else's experience and scrims up...
