(SOLVED BY GRAFF) 2. My _____ is _____ than my wallet. Which one word can fit both gaps? (there may be more than 1 answer with this one, we'll see what happens)

(SOLVED BY SERBZ) 3. Sheriff Tom Jones rode into town on Friday, stayed three nights, and left early Sunday morning. Explain.

(SOLVED BY GRAFF) 4. What object can you cut clean through, and be left with one object with two ends?

(SOLVED BY NEWTON) 7. My grandmother is one of the sweetest, politest and most generous people I know, so imagine my surprise when I found a book in her house called "Go to Hell". On closer inspection I realised my error. Explain.

(SOLVED BY DEFIANCE) 8. Dave looked under a table and saw a hand, completely detached from an arm. He looked over at Alan, and although all his fingers and thumbs were in place, and his hands were attached to his arms, he knew the hand beneath the table must be his. He stood up and punched him. Why?

(SOLVED BY SERBZ) 9. You can use three identical digits in a simple addition sum so that the total is 12. You cannot use the digit 4, so what is the answer?

(SOLVED BY XADIUM) 12. A horse jumps over a tower and the tower disappears. It's not an illusion or a dream, so where could this happen?

(SOLVED BY PEKI) 13. Three switches outside a windowless room are connected to three light bulbs inside the room. How can you determine which switch is connected to which bulb if you are only allowed to enter the room once?

(SOLVED BY XADIUM) 14. When you complete the following brain jumble, it has LA on one side and NY on the other. What is it? _ _ _ / _ N _ _ E _ / _ _ A _ _ _

I thought bet was the odd one out - Egg is the foundation for a fish, table can be the foundation for whatever is put on it and foundation is the implication of them all.
