It seems the Australian Counter-Strike scene isn't the only community in the world which has "burnt toast"popping up at WCG time. Norway has seen some impressive talent over the years, with some powerhouse players dominating the scene for years. You would think in European countries where the competitive gaming scene has major sponsorship and glorified status, that when teams show up for major competitions like WCG, that they would have many months, even years of experience together.

Ola "elemeNt" Moum and Sondre "REAL" Svanevik have confirmed their return to Counter-Strike: 1.6 action.
Moum had been out of action since being released by Meet Your Makers in October 2007 following his decision to not attend the World Cyber Games event in Seattle for undisclosed reasons.
The former eoLithic star has now returned to activity, curiously this time to play exactly the WCG event but with a different team.
"Opportunity knocked, lo3," Moum told Nesc. "WCG is one event I never got to go to in the past, this was an awesome chance for doing what I love doing and for all the fans and people who have followed and enjoyed gaming, the way it should be played.
"Furthermore, it's time to put Norway back on the map."
Moum's return will be performed alongside Svanevik, who has returned to Counter-Strike: 1.6 action after a brief stint with Counter-Strike: Source.
The team put together by Moum also features two former members of Oslo Lions, who announced earlier today the departure of the Counter-Strike team.
The team is as follows:
Sondre "REAL" Svanevik
Mats "noLA" Nygren
Preben "prb" Gammelsæter
Lasse "stingeR" Midtstue
Ola "elemeNt" Moum
Martin "OmeN" Moskvil
